We serve chef-crafted meals made with nourishing ingredients, offer peaceful outdoor spaces for grounding and movement, and provide optional services like massage, yoga, and breathwork. Every part of your retreat flows in harmony with nature, wellness, and restoration.

Yes! We provide a marketing kit (Canva templates, captions, email sequences) + optional collab promotions on our platforms.

Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low sugar—we’ve got it covered. Every meal is customizable and wellness-friendly. We also have the option for locally inspired meals.

Our minimum group size is 4, and the experience is just as powerful and profitable at that level. We design to support your goals. It will be up to you whether you pay for the additional rooms on the resort to keep the entire resort for just your group, or you’d like to release other rooms for other guests to book. 

Absolutely! We offer virtual walk-throughs and, when available, discounted site visits for hosts looking to preview the resort. We want you to feel 100% aligned and excited before committing.

Yes! Your retreat, your flow. We’ll co-create a custom itinerary that balances your session times with downtime, excursions, meals, and integration moments. We can also adjust pacing based on your group’s vibe and preferences.

No worries—we’re pros at coordinating travel from anywhere. Our team can help your guests book flights from Nassau or Fort Lauderdale via our recommended partners. We’ll also provide you with suggested routes for you and your guests. 

100%! You can add spa treatments, a pool party, gratitude circles on a sandbar, boat days, journaling workshops, local handicrafts, and more. We love curating unique touches that align with your vision.

We offer flexible terms and recommend adding cancellation policies to your guest agreements. For us, if you cancel the full retreat 60 days or more prior to arrival, there is no penalty. The nonrefundable deposit of $2,500 can be used as a credit at Embrace Resort for up to 1 year.

If you book all villas, the entire resort becomes yours (and we offer exclusive buyout perks!). If not, we’ll coordinate so your retreat still feels private and intentional, or you can choose to pay $300 per night for each additional room, and they’ll remain empty during your retreat—your session spaces will always be reserved just for you.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your dream team! We’ll help coordinate housing and meals for them and integrate them smoothly into your retreat plan. We’ll also offer discounts on their stays.

That’s why we’re here. We’ve created a streamlined, step-by-step system to help you plan and promote your retreat in just a few hours a week. You don’t have to do this alone. 

Yes. We offer complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the resort. That said, we encourage digital wellness and can help create a more “unplugged” experience if that’s important to you and your guests.

Once you choose your preferred dates and package, we’ll send over a simple hosting agreement. You’ll place a deposit of $2,500 to hold your spot, and then we’ll kick off with a welcome call and timeline tailored to your launch date.
