Thursday, May 29th

- Savor a Bahamian feast and indulge in local flavors.
- Herbal Dreamwork for Nighttime Anxiety - 7:30pm
- Explore the soothing power of herbs to calm your mind and support restful sleep. This session delves into herbal remedies and dreamwork practices that help alleviate nighttime anxiety, fostering peace and deeper relaxation.
- Optional: End the night with a Dreamwork session led by Christina Lynch.
