Does our group have the entire resort privately?
Your group receives exclusive guest use of all seven villas and guest common areas during the buyout. Embrace staff will remain available to provide breakfast, housekeeping, concierge services, maintenance support, and other agreed services.
That wording matters. Do not promise that “no one else will be on property,” because staff and operational access are still necessary.
How many guests can stay?
The starting rate includes up to 20 overnight guests. Additional capacity may be available using sofa beds, subject to the final villa configuration and applicable additional guest charges.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A daily family-style hot breakfast is included. The final menu and service arrangements will be confirmed with the group organizer.
Are airport transfers included?
Yes. Round-trip transfers between Staniel Cay Airport and Embrace Resort are included for registered overnight guests. Arrival and departure schedules must be shared in advance.
Can we host an event?
Events and daytime gatherings may be arranged with prior approval. Additional venue, staffing, food and beverage, security, vendor, and cleaning fees may apply.
Are all-inclusive packages available?
Yes. Dining, beverages, excursions, golf carts, private chef experiences, and other activities can be combined into a customized all-inclusive package based on group size and preferences.
Can children stay?
Yes. Embrace can accommodate multi-generational groups and families. Villa assignments can be recommended based on the ages and needs of the guests.
