September 24–27, 2026, we gather a small group of ten leaders at Embrace Resort in Exuma, Bahamas for four days of guided reflection, genuine rest, and unhurried thinking in one of the most quietly beautiful places in the world.

Your accommodation, meals, transfers, and experiences are all arranged. The only decision you need to make is to come and be present, connecting with the beauty and nature of the Exumas.

Our facilitators, Vanessa Zamy and Christina Lynch, bring deep expertise in leadership sustainability and financial alignment. Their sessions are not workshops in the conventional sense, but conversations that are thoughtful, unhurried, and calibrated to where you actually are. Expect to leave each one lighter, not fuller. Full Retreat Experience & Pricing

Three nights of luxury accommodation at Embrace Resort, all meals prepared fresh with locally sourced ingredients, private airport transfers, all guided sessions, a sunset cruise, and access to optional wellness and creative experiences throughout the retreat.

$3,500 per person - $4,000 for two

Payment plans are available for up to six installments. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for booking.
