Meet Your Retreat Hosts

After years managing multiple businesses and pouring into everyone around me, I hit a wall. The burnout left me questioning everything. I know the exhaustion behind the smile, the pressure of being “the strong one,” and the quiet longing for rest. That’s why I created these retreats—as a sacred return to self. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, leadership, and wellness event planning, my greatest qualification is my journey back to wholeness. I built Embrace Resort and 3Ns Vacations from the ground up, but these retreats are my heart’s work, made for women who are finally ready to receive.

Christina is an expert herbalist and wellness strategist, founder of the Black Herbalists Alliance, and specialist in gut health, adaptogens, and energy optimization. Passionate about ancestral plant medicine, she provides custom herbal solutions, wellness blends, and practical lifestyle strategies for enhanced sleep, focus, and resilience.

Kianna is a Certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach and wellness expert with over eight years of experience specializing in mind-body movement, stress relief, and herbal medicine. She creates transformative programs, empowering busy professionals with daily tools to eliminate stress, prevent burnout, and boost energy.
